These workers are very important to the success of our business and have become a real asset to the farm. We welcome all equally and try and ensure that your time with us at Ivy Farm is a positive and rewarding experience where you feel safe and secure.
Applications: we accept applications from anyone who is legally entitled to work in the UK. We are an Equal Opportunities employer and treat all employees fairly, regardless of background. Over the years a number of our Seasonal Workers have developed their skills and become full time staff.

The majority of our work between October and end of March will be in sheds grading plants, fieldwork and nursery work.

Accommodation costs: We currently charge £6.40 per day (or £44.80 per week) as per National Minimum Wage guidlines. This charge includes gas but NOT electricity which is paid for by purchasing electric meter cards. The cards cost £10 and last between about one and four weeks depending on the time of year and the amount of electricity used.
